Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MostSpoken, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MostSpoken is an educational language-learning tool. It uses AI to teach and to converse with you. AI-generated content — including translations, corrections, and explanations — can be imperfect and is provided for learning, not as certified translation or professional advice. Verify anything you rely on for an important purpose.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use MostSpoken.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• scrape or resell content, or use the service to build a competing dataset or model.

The app, its design, and its curated content are ours or our licensors’. Content you write remains yours; you grant us the limited right to process it to operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

You may stop using MostSpoken and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes bump the version above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
