Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MostSpoken, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MostSpoken is a flashcard app for the most spoken words of a language, with spaced repetition. It also has free public pages: word lists, word pages, grammar guides and phrases.

Some of the content (meanings, example sentences, translations, pictures and audio) is made with AI tools. It can have mistakes. It is for learning, not certified translation or professional advice. If a picture or a sound on a card is wrong, you can report it on the card.

You can start without signing in. We then create a guest account that saves your progress. To keep using the app after your first lesson, sign in with Google. Your progress moves to that account. A guest account with no activity for 30 days is deleted, with its progress.

You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use MostSpoken.

The app shows paid plans with a free trial. We do not take payments yet. When you start the free trial, we do not ask for a card and we charge nothing.

Before we charge for anything, we will add the payment terms to this page (price, trial, renewal, how to cancel, and refunds) and ask you to agree to them.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• scrape or resell content, or use the service to build a competing dataset or model.

The app, its design, the word data and the card content (meanings, examples, pictures and audio) are ours or our licensors’.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

You may stop using MostSpoken and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes bump the version above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
